Being on the Ball requires extra stability and core engagement. Any time you add an unstable surface it’s a quick tell for if that core is on 🤗
INSTRUCTOR TIPS-
1️⃣ keep hips stacked, don’t let them roll forward or back
2️⃣ relax your shoulders, the core should be helping with stability NOT neck and shoulders
3️⃣ don’t swing the leg. ROM will look different on everyone and may even look different from one side to the next (my left hip has less ROM)

This series is also great for hip health. I have been doing quite a bit of glute med strengthening like this to prepare for my October 21st hip surgery. The glute meds help keep my hip in alignment which is very important for a healthy hip.
