About me-

"Welcome to The Good Movement Pelvic Health & Wellness! I'm passionate about empowering humans to feel their best in their bodies, supporting them through various life stages, including pre to postnatal, mastectomy recovery, chronic pain, prolapse, pelvic floor concerns, and diastasis journeys.

My journey into this field is deeply personal: At 36 yrs old, on the very day I started my doctoral program, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I pushed through treatment while in school, and graduated on time. That experience gave me a unique perspective—not only as a clinician, but as someone who has lived through the lasting effects of treatment.

Even before my diagnosis, I knew I wanted to specialize in pelvic health. But going through cancer deepened that calling. I saw firsthand how treatments can change a person’s quality of life long after the medical journey ends, and I became determined to help others navigate that reality.

Now, I’ve started my own practice in St. Paul, MN, where I work with people healing from the impacts of cancer treatment and other pelvic health concerns. My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that helps people feel at home in their bodies again—and to be part of a community of providers committed to lasting solutions.
