"Christa’s Good Movement classes have been a game changer for me. As an athlete, Christa’s classes a few times a week provide me not only with strength and core development, but also recovery. I have dabbled in pilates for over 15 years, and until starting classes with Christa, often found myself not sticking to a regular pilates routine. Thanks to Christa, I have been practicing pilates a minimum of 2 times a week (pilates, barre, HIIT, paddleboard pilates, foam rolling) consistently for over 2 years. This has helped tremendously with tennis, golf and weight- lifting.

Christa’s teaching style has an extreme detail to the subtlest of movements… the micro movements that help engage small and deep muscle groups. When people talk about working muscles they never knew they had, they must be talking about Christa’s classes! This level of detail in activating and strengthening has helped prevent injury in my other activities and sports. In addition, I NEVER am bored in class. Christa not only varies every single workout, she also uses a variety of easy and household props to keep workouts interesting and challenging.

I cannot recommend her classes enough… her knowledge of the human body and the subtleties of muscle groups that support large motor movements is incredible. The focus on this over the past two years has made me stronger, more flexible, and able to activate muscles to help prevent injury."
