Increase Quad Strength and Flexibility with This Move

One of the best ways to work on flexibility is to eccentrically load muscles.

This means adding load or resistance while the muscle is in its lengthened position (eccentric).

The thigh stretch does just that! We are asking the thigh muscles to lengthen while we are loading them. This exercise is also a glute and core challenge.
