Scapula Stability Exercises (Good after a Mastecotomy)

I’m offering up some exercises that can be helpful for someone recovering from mastectomy surgery. It’s import to work on gaining back #scapulastability and #shouldermobility after surgery. ⁠

This basic side arm series focuses on strengthening the muscles around your scapula. NOTE- you may do these exercises without band to start if needed. Please consult doctor to ensure exercises are appropriate for you. ⁠

The goal with all four of these exercises is to keep the shoulder stable while you move the arm across various planes.
