I’m offering up some exercises that can be helpful for someone recovering from mastectomy surgery. It’s import to work on gaining back #scapulastability and #shouldermobility after surgery.
This basic side arm series focuses on strengthening the muscles around your scapula. NOTE- you may do these exercises without band to start if needed. Please consult doctor to ensure exercises are appropriate for you.
The goal with all four of these exercises is to keep the shoulder stable while you move the arm across various planes.
