Let’s focus a bit on balance and feet strength shall we? As it’s getting colder and everybody will be shoving their feet into more boots and shoes, I don’t want you to forget to keep your feet mobile and strong. This is a great series to focus on alignment, balance, and strength.

Instructor TIPS-
1️⃣ Evenly distribute weight between big and little toe. Don’t let your ankles roll as you come up onto the ball of your feet.
2️⃣ Focus on making the movement as fluid as possible.
