Here’s a series that will help you strengthen your glute meds! Those are the butt muscles that will help with ensuring hip alignment.
INSTRUCTOR TIPS-
1️⃣ make sure standing leg hip doesn’t “push out” to side. Keep ankle, knee, hip alignment
2️⃣Keep slight bend in standing leg
3️⃣ try 15-20 reps of each

No fitness sliders? No problem! If you are on hardwood floors a wash cloth will do or if you have carpet a ziploc or plastic bag will do! Feel free to experiment with whatever you have around the house. Share what worked for you!
